Return Policy

At KyKa House, all items are designed In-House and specially ordered for you. All Cases, Tees, and Throws are considered custom and final sale. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are ordering a custom item and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Due to the handmade nature of our Cases, Throws, and Tees, variances between products can occur and are expected. Each item is truly unique. Imperfections are normal and should be expected as they do not diminish the overall quality of our product. Examples include loose threads, ink variances or small dots, and print location between products. Due to the glossy finish of both our cases and throws, color variances between online photos and in-person observation will occur and are expected as they change with the light.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Design@kykahouse.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

To review your claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At our discretion, we will determine the decision to order a replacement. No refunds will be issued. We want you to have the item you loved.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Our vintage and pre-owned pieces are selected for their character and uniqueness. Please note that these items may show natural signs of wear, aging, or minor imperfections consistent with their history.

We do our best to accurately represent each item through descriptions and imagery. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of vintage and pre-owned goods. All vintage items are sold as-is and final sale.


Additional Notes

  • Items showing signs of damage not reported within the required timeframe will not be eligible for review
  • Variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to many of our materials and are not considered defects
