At KyKa House, each piece is thoughtfully designed and made to order. Because of this, shipping timelines may vary by item.


Processing Times

  • Pre-Owned Thrift Shop Items:
    Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once processed, the item is shipped via a Standard Ground delivery carrier.
  • Special Order Items:
    Processing times vary depending on the piece and production requirements. Estimated lead times will be shared at the time of purchase. You can expect a lead time of 4-10 business days, including processing and delivery.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, KyKa House is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
